I was thinking about this as I was driving home from work today. I know that my username is my middle name. And I know that JJ's is his favorite video game. What I want to know is where did you come up with your username? Is there a story behind it, or did you always use it everywhere? I am going to post this at SG, too, because I really want a broad range of answers. I've been dying to know the back story of Lucky Kitten and Buzz's names...

Well, combo of BFM being my favorite game, and the fact that I've practiced the art of JiuJitsu, and before that Kendo. But yes, Brave Fencer Musashi did have a lot to do with it. I think I might have to go get a vintage copy of it now.

Back in the day, when I was first exposed to the internets, I quickly found out I needed one screen name for everything... so I put my brain to work... at first, all that came out was crap, but that's because I was sitting on the toilet... then at some point, I thought: "how about I take something "cool" (that would be "alien") and add it to something "lame" ("bob") and thus Alien Bob was born... I've seen the name on other places on the internet... but none are as significant as me!

Mine comes from something I said at school one day. I had just been absent the day before and my friends didn't notice so I just said, "So you didn't even notice that you didn't get your daily recommended value of Vitamin Chris?" and since I've been feigning away from ButtFloss lately, I went with that.

People at work used to call me this. They probably still would, but the person who started it is gone and it just kind of died down.

 well my last name is like Pea tree right....like a petri dish then I was cursed with a middle name that is pronounced shay- mans....seamans....that's how it's actually spelled. Everybody sound it out with me now. See mans..... oh geeze....now leave off the last "s" Thus, I am the dirtydish....my football team in college dubbed me that, and that is probably what they'll have enscribed on my tombstone

It just fit...my nick with my friends is Des based off a character I designed for a story...then read Desolation Angels by Kerouac...something about it just fit.

It's not so bad. Mine is just my middle name, and I knew that is unique enough, so I made it for all of my boards, and emails, and Xbox Live gamertag. The only downside...
Everyone keeps calling me Rikishi.

my story is not that interesting or anything of that sort...when i was in the army my platoon was called "The Gunfighters" but my squad was "Ghost" and one halloween i dressed up as a pancake, hence "Ghost_in_the_pancake" see i told you it wasn't interesting
